SeatGrace lets you make a seating chart for a wedding, gala, banquet, reunion, conference dinner, or any event with tables. It runs in your browser, and the core planner is free with no limit on guests or tables.
Open the planner and start with your own guest list. Nothing to install, and no sign-up.
Make a seating chart See an exampleWhat “free” includes
These features are free, with no trial period and no watermark:
- Unlimited guests and tables
- Guest groups and search, plus tap or drag to seat
- Meal choices and dietary notes for each guest, with live meal totals
- Round, long, and square tables
- Live seat counts for every table
- A visual floor plan you can drag, zoom, and print
- A printable table-by-table list
- Backup and restore of your plan as a file
How it works
- Add your guests. Paste a list with one name per line. Add a group after a comma if you like.
- Add tables. Choose round, long, or square tables and set how many seats each has.
- Seat people. Select a guest, then tap a table, or drag them over. Seat counts update as you go.
- Lay out the room. Move tables on the floor plan to match your venue, then print the plan or the table list.
No account, no uploads
SeatGrace doesn’t ask for an email and doesn’t store your guest list on a server. Everything is saved in the browser you’re using. To move to another device, download a backup and restore it there.
What Pro adds
Pro is an optional one-time $7 unlock (no subscription). It adds:
- Auto-arrange that keeps groups together, with locked guests and “keep apart” rules
- A printable caterer and venue report with meal counts per table and dietary notes
- Place cards, an escort list, and table signs in three print styles
- CSV export, including meals and dietary notes
- Room features like a dance floor or stage
- High-res image export of the floor plan
You can plan an entire event without it.
Good for more than weddings
SeatGrace works for any seated event: rehearsal dinners, galas and fundraisers, company banquets, family reunions, and dinner parties. If you’re planning a wedding, the wedding seating chart page has tips specific to weddings.
